Position: Registered Manager

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum

Alvo recruitment are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Care Home Manager to lead a medium sized, dementia focused care home in Nottingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong manager to join a supportive and established organisation that is committed to providing high quality, person centred care. The home has a Good CQC rating and has a dedicated team in place.

The Role

· As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day to day running of the home, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of care and support.

· You will lead, motivate and develop the care team, maintain regulatory compliance and work closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals.

About You

· NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent)

· Previous experience managing a care home

· Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance

· Experience and understanding of dementia care

· Proven leadership and people management skills

· Excellent communication and organisational abilities

· A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
